Meet Kari

Kari has over 10 years of archaeological experience in British Columbia and the Yukon. She oversees our archaeological operations throughout the country. Kari has supervised and managed a wide variety of projects in both consulting and academic archaeology during her career. She is an archaeological permit holder in Alberta and an approved field director in the Interior Plateau culture area of BC. She has been with Ecofor since 2012 and is a member of the Canadian Archaeological Association and the Society for American Archaeology.  Kari has a BA in anthropology from MacEwan University and an MA from McMaster University, where she explored the use of phosphate analysis in shell midden sites on the central coast of BC.
